At Blissara Yoga, we are committed to your satisfaction and wellness journey. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds on our yoga therapy services, both online and offline.

2. NO TRIAL POLICY

IMPORTANT: Blissara Yoga does not offer trial sessions or free introductory classes.

All sessions must be booked and paid for in advance
First-time students are required to complete the full registration and payment process
No exceptions will be made to this policy
We encourage prospective students to review our class descriptions, instructor profiles, and testimonials before booking

3. FULL REFUND AFTER 1ST SESSION

3.1 Eligibility

We offer a 100% full refund after your first session, no questions asked.

This applies to:

All yoga therapy services (online and offline)
All types of yoga classes: Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga, Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Power Yoga, Ashtanga Yoga, Kundalini Yoga, and all other forms
Kids Yoga programs
Prenatal Yoga sessions
Postnatal Yoga sessions
Individual sessions and package bookings
Payments made in any currency

3.2 Refund Request Process

To request a refund after your first session:

Submit your request within 48 hours of completing your first session

- Booking/Transaction ID

3.3 No Questions Asked Policy

We will not ask for reasons or explanations for your refund request
No justification is required
Your decision to request a refund will be respected without any pressure or persuasion
The refund process is straightforward and hassle-free

4. REFUND PROCESSING

4.1 Timeline

Acknowledgment: Refund requests will be acknowledged within 24 hours of receipt
Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date of request
Credit to Account: Depending on your bank/payment provider, it may take an additional 3-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account

4.2 Refund Method

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the transaction
For credit/debit card payments: Refund will be credited to the same card
For UPI/net banking: Refund will be credited to the same account
For international payments: Refund will be processed in the same currency and method used for payment
For cash payments (offline): Refund will be issued via bank transfer (bank details required) or cash at our premises

4.3 Multi-Currency Refunds

For payments made in foreign currencies:

Refunds will be processed in the same currency as the original transaction
Exchange rates at the time of refund may differ from the original transaction date
Any bank charges or payment gateway fees for international refunds will be borne by Blissara Yoga
Currency conversion charges by your bank are beyond our control

5. NON-REFUNDABLE SCENARIOS

After the first session, refunds will NOT be provided in the following cases:

5.1 After First Session Completion

Once you have attended more than one session, the refund eligibility expires
This applies even if you have purchased a multi-session package or monthly/annual subscription
Partial refunds for unused sessions in a package are not available

5.2 Late Refund Requests

Refund requests made after 48 hours of completing the first session will not be entertained
The 48-hour window is strictly enforced to ensure fair processing

5.3 No-Shows and Cancellations

If you do not attend your first scheduled session without prior notice (no-show), you forfeit the right to a refund
If you cancel before attending your first session, standard cancellation terms apply (see Section 6)

5.4 Violation of Terms

Refunds will not be provided if you have violated our Terms of Service, Code of Conduct, or any policies
This includes but is not limited to: disruptive behavior, harassment, misuse of online platforms, or providing false information

5.5 Medical or Personal Circumstances

After the first session, refunds are not available due to personal reasons, medical conditions, travel plans, or schedule conflicts
We recommend considering your commitment carefully before booking
In exceptional circumstances, we may offer session credits or package transfers (at management discretion)

6. CANCELLATION POLICY (BEFORE FIRST SESSION)

6.1 Cancellation Before First Session

If you wish to cancel before attending your first session:

More than 7 days before: Full refund minus 10% administrative fee
3-7 days before: 50% refund
Less than 3 days before: 25% refund
Less than 24 hours before or no-show: No refund

6.2 Rescheduling

You may reschedule your first session up to 24 hours in advance without penalty
Rescheduling within 24 hours is subject to availability and may incur a rescheduling fee

7. PACKAGE AND SUBSCRIPTION REFUNDS

7.1 Multi-Session Packages

If you purchase a package (e.g., 10 sessions, 20 sessions, monthly package):
- Full refund is available only after completing the first session and within 48 hours
- After attending more than one session, no refunds will be issued for unused sessions
- Packages are non-transferable to other individuals

7.2 Monthly/Annual Subscriptions

Monthly or annual subscriptions follow the same refund policy
Full refund available after the first session within 48 hours
After the refund eligibility period, subscriptions will continue as per the agreed term
No pro-rata refunds for unused subscription periods

7.3 Promotional or Discounted Packages

Refunds on promotional or discounted packages will be calculated based on the actual amount paid
If you received a promotional discount, the refund will be for the discounted price, not the original price

8. SPECIAL CIRCUMSTANCES

8.1 Class Cancellation by Blissara Yoga

If we cancel a class or session:

You will receive a full refund or free rescheduling option
You will be notified at least 24 hours in advance (except in emergencies)
Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days

8.2 Technical Issues (Online Classes)

For online yoga sessions, if technical difficulties on our end prevent you from attending:

You will receive a complimentary makeup session
Or a full refund for that particular session
Technical issues on the student's end (internet connectivity, device problems) do not qualify for refunds

8.3 Instructor Unavailability

If your assigned instructor is unavailable and no suitable replacement is found, you may request a refund or reschedule
We will make every effort to provide a qualified substitute instructor

8.4 Medical Emergencies

While we generally do not offer refunds after the first session, in case of serious medical emergencies preventing continued participation:
- You may request to pause your package/subscription for up to 3 months
- Medical documentation may be required
- Decision will be made on a case-by-case basis at management's discretion

9. REFUND REQUEST DOCUMENTATION

When requesting a refund, please have the following ready:

Full name and contact information
Booking confirmation email or receipt
Transaction ID or payment reference number
Date and time of the first session attended
Bank account details (for cash payment refunds)
Any correspondence related to your booking

10. PROCESSING FEES AND CHARGES

10.1 Payment Gateway Fees

Payment gateway charges incurred during the original transaction are non-refundable
For international transactions, currency conversion charges are non-refundable
Blissara Yoga will bear the cost of payment gateway fees for processing the refund

10.2 Administrative Fees

No administrative fees will be charged for refunds processed after the first session within 48 hours
For pre-first session cancellations, administrative fees apply as per Section 6

Payment and Settlement Systems Act, 2007
Reserve Bank of India guidelines
Laws of the State of Bihar and jurisdiction of Bihar courts

13. MODIFICATIONS TO THIS POLICY

Blissara Yoga reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time
Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website and at our premises
Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified policy
Existing bookings will be subject to the policy in effect at the time of booking

You understand the "No Trial Policy"
You are aware of the "Full Refund After 1st Session" provision and its 48-hour limitation
You understand that refunds are not available after attending more than one session
You accept the cancellation terms and processing timelines
